Robert and Rudy are truly the 2nd Generation of the Murillo family of Arizona, to have a successful catering business.

2nd Generation brings over 40 years of catering expertise to assist you in planning of your special event. We are equipped to cater events as small as Board meeting luncheons to your larger group affairs.

2nd Generation provides catering service for Weddings, Corporate, Private and Special Occasions. We strive on perfection and professionalism for all of our clients.

GENERAL INFORMATION
2nd Generation will furnish the following at no additional charge

• Quality plastic disposable plates, disposable cups, disposable flatware and napkins. One set of salt & peppershakers on each table.
• Chafing dishes for hot and cold food
• Buffet linens, buffet skirting and buffet décor (fresh flowers and decorations).
• Linen tablecloths, china plates, coffee cups, saucers, water glasses, stainless steel flatware, tables and chairs are available for an additional charge.

Policies

• All prices are subject to 8.3% sales tax.
• A 25% service charge is also applied which included staff gratuity.
• *Sit Down Dinners are subject to a 30% service charge.
• A Fuel charge will be added to all invoices.
• If event should exceed 4 hours an additional charge will be applied.
• All prices are based on a minimum of 50 guests. Parties that are less than 50 guests will be billed at a higher rate. Prices are subject to change.
• 2nd Generation Catering is a fully licensed and insured catering company.
• 2nd Generation’s policy is “The customer is the most important person of our business.
• Our prime goal is to satisfy our customers 100%.

Deposits/Payments/Final Count

• A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required to reserve a date with 2nd Generation Catering. If the event is cancelled 2nd Generation will keep the deposit and apply it to the event when it is rescheduled. If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled 2nd Generation will keep the deposit.
• The balance is due 7 days prior to reception date.
• Check, cash or credit card accepts payment. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% transaction fee.
• The final count is required 10 days prior to reception date.

Staff Attire

• 2nd Generation professional staff is dressed in Black and White attire from Tuxedo look to Polo look depending on your event.
